This cheerful 1st Floor Patio Suite just keeps getting nicer. It is the perfect combination of simple and sweet. The living room is a fresh white coordinated in subtle blue with a comfortable queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress and a round club chair. The 55" Flat Screen TV* may distract you from the beautiful horizon view just outside your sliding glass door. It will also entertain you as both unit TV's come equipped with a subscription to Netflix, Hulu, and Disney plus. The bathroom is delightful with a nice vanity and extra large mirror, newly renovated to include a walk in shower. The bedroom is comfortable with a king bed and a 43" flat screen TV*. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED
*When using the smart TV functionality enjoy programming in high definition.

Great place to stay! Cozy, clean, and beautiful beach.
My husband and I enjoyed staying here for our first anniversary! Such a quiet area, and just a short drive to downtown St. Augustine & many other attractions. Only downside - the pool was not heated as advertised, but besides that, we had a great experience.

Great beach location
I’ve stayed here before years ago and it’s been renovated since I stayed here before COVID. I love the location by the beach and the easy access to the pool. I did message the host three separate times and never received a response at all. I didn’t get any property access information until I got there and had to get it from the front desk. I even called before I left to make sure they had my booking and everything because I was nervous since the host never responded to any of my messages. The property is nice, but my only gripe is The shower curtain in the bathroom needs to be about six inches longer because water just spews out, even facing the spout towards the wall.

Best location!
This was honestly one of the best vacations I have had in a while. Location is near anything you can imagine and the people are so friendly. Beach access was great and everything was very clean. I plan on coming back. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

As Shown Beachfront Comfy Accomodations
Please be aware this is a rental through the front office not a typical owner rental through VRBO (i.e. you will pay at the front desk upon check it and receive a room key and number then check out like a traditional hotel). However it was still a very nice experience with quality homey decorations that I would recommend.

Perfect for relaxation.
The condo was as pictured. The patio had a gorgeous view of the ocean. It was a windy and rainy start but shaped up to be a perfect week. Could not have asked for more. We needed some down time and this was the perfect place for it! We enjoyed the nearby sights, beach and pool. Lots to do or not do. We had a nice relaxing time here, planning on coming back for another stay soon!

The pictures of this place are spot on but the view of the beach is understated, it's amazing. We went down for my love's 40th birthday and ti.e away from the kiddos. It's an instant chill pill for those looking to relax. Loved every minute of it.

I do not like to leave negative reviews ,but I would not have stayed in this unit if I had read of a similar experience. The overall state of the complex was in need of updating and general maintenance. Paint peeling etc. Our unit was just ok. The floors were very, very dirty and you could not walk around without shoes on. The shower bathroom smelled like fish and there were little bugs in the kitchen. I would keep looking if you were coming to St. Augustine.

nice get away
It's a nice location if you don't mind being close to a public access point and an area where vehicles are allowed to park in designated spots on beach. The unit was nicely decorated and very clean, but small and really only best for 2 people even with a sleeper sofa. My daughter. didn't want to have to pull it out and in everyday so she just slept on sofa. The views from unit are wonderful, though we weren't really able to sit out on patio area that much due to smokers nearby. We seem to have that problem at times wherever we go. There's no access to beach from patio either so you can store your beach chairs out there but you're going to have to bring them back through the unit to the front door to get to bridge, though it is close which is a plus. We just hosed off our stuff so we wouldn't track too much sand in unit. Plenty of great places to eat nearby, but if you like to cook as well like us then bring your own pan. We made what was provided work, definitely better than nothing. Seeing that ocean everyday is really all that matters anyway so you will not be disappointed staying here.

Beautifully Decorated, Fabulous Location
Beautiful living room furniture, nice cabinets and appliances, and comfortable bed. I also liked the chairs and mosaic table on the patio. We ate many meals there, while listening to the ocean and watching pelicans fly by. One addition that might be helpful to future visitors would be to add narrow shelves to the right of the upper kitchen cabinets so guests have a place to store groceries. The staff at Beacher's Lodge are friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for what we needed!
We had an excellent stay at this condo. We are frequent Crescent Beach goers but have never stayed at this condo complex or in this specific condo. 10/10 experience. Perfect for a couple just neededing a great get away. Will be rebooking in a few months for a week stay for our honeymoon… changing from another stay further down the beach because this little place was PERFECT for us!

The location was perfect! The view is incredible. Overall the room was nice. It appeared the floors wernt cleaned. I understand being on the beach the floors would be tough to keep clean. However, it wasnt beach sand. Five stars is they work on their cleaning.

Beautiful. Weird layout
Absolutely perfect if you’re only going for the beach. The layout is really backwards and outside of the room seems kinda trashy and the pool closes before 7:30 every night. Not entirely what I expected. About a 30 minute drive to all of the attractions. So if you’re looking to go out and do things, look somewhere else. However, if you’re looking to just relax on the beach this is the PERFECT location.
