Host was very accommodating and helpful. This will be in our first choices for future rentals without question

Beautifully updated condo

Our stay in St Augustine.

Beautiful Breezy Days at St. Augustine

The location was perfect and the balcony had beautiful views with great seating to enjoy evening coffee while listening to the ocean waves.The condo was very well kept, spacious, modern and CLEAN! When you stay at the beach it is almost impossible to keep a condo perfectly clean, but this condo looked spotless. We did not have to do anything but get unpacked and ready to enjoy! The master bedroom was very spacious and there was large closet spaces and room for everything. The beds were comfortable and we all slept very good and that is hard to do away from home. The owner left great directions for everything and also had great communication checking on us shortly after check in to make sure everything was ok. The property has a beautifully decorated complex and pool area . It is gated and safe and was very family friendly. The owner provided big fluffy towels (lots of them), beach gear, and a well stocked kitchen. We were so at home immediately. This was our first trip to St. Augustine and we were so excited to enjoy the beach and take in the history of this beautiful place. I recommend taking the Old Town Trolley Tour and the Ghost and Gravestones tour! My family loved them and had such a fun time checking out so many historical sites and museums. I highly recommend eating at St. Augustine Fish Camp! They had the best deviled crab I have ever eaten! This was by far the best vacation! Thank you for a great week!

Beach renal
Publié le 18 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThe condo in itself was ok. The place was pretty clean. There are something’s that should be noted. The front door lock needs to be replaced. It didn’t feel very secure and the lock was odd and felt loose. A The sliding glass door has a wooden stick used to lock the door. Not sure why it was necessary when you’re on the 3rd floor. The water pressure was definitely light and takes a bit to make sure you get all the sand off. I would of liked to see some instructions on using the washing machine and dryer as just an FYI for some who don’t have that type of appliance. Otherwise the condo was clean, and lots of space. The beach isn’t too far, but should be noted that if you are taking a lot of stuff to the beach for the day, the dunes are a hassle which makes carrying a lot a problem and the only other option is to go out the gate and walk down the road. The pool is nice and clean and the views are pretty!

The front door and lock work fine. It’s secure. When you are at the beach corrosion happens on all metal almost immediately.
The piece of wood for the slider is for security. It’s necessary on the 4th floor because you can get on our balcony from the walkway or the neighbors balcony. I need to be able to secure the condo. I would get complaints if I didn’t have a way to lock the slider.
Both showers are brand new. Even the pipes in the wall are new. Your water pressure issue is with the city not me. BTW please never wash the sand off in the unit. That clogs the pipes. Plumbers are not cheap. We have 4 showers and 2 hoses set up for you to use when you come off the beach to get the sand off.
I will make a list of directions for how to operate the washer and dryer. You are the first to suggest that.
If you take a lot of stuff to the beach, you have to bring a lot of stuff back for sure. The dunes are our friend and are an environmentally protected area. Sounds like you enjoyed the chairs, toys and umbrella I provided for you.
Also you asked to check in early. I worked with my cleaning crew and made that happen for you. I hope you appreciated that.

Most relaxing trip yet

Easy walk to the beautiful beach, refreshing pool, comfortable beds and newly updated decor. We enjoyed the beach chairs, toys and umbrella provided. Several excellent restaurants within a short drive. We enjoyed bring close but not too close to the business of downtown St Augustine.

Great Condo/Beautiful Location

The condo is clean, decorated nicely and has all the conveniences you may need. The outside balcony has great views. We are looking forward to staying here again; it was an amazing week!
