Overall , a nice place. Problem was I paid for a DELUXE ROOM and got a lower rated room. Already filed with Expedia.

only one set of towels, elevator in building 5 makes very loud screeching noise.

It was just what we needed and we lovdd the full kitchen and dining room. One of the outlets in the bedroom didn't work but there were plenty ohers. All the employess were friendly and helpful. This was our second stay and we will be back.

Very disappointing !
Publié le 26 mai 2024 sur HotelsVery disappointed. They close the pool hot tub at 8pm. We really wanted the hot tub in the evening after dinner when the sun isn’t out but closed. The chair in the living room was wore out. Could not sell it in a second hand store. Floor was poping, from the glue underneath sticking. The refrigerator had trash in it when we arrived. Over all ok just not up to the standards especially for the price 😔

The resort is well laid out but is showing signs of wear and tear. The hot tub didn’t work until the last day of our week there. They have played Jenna with other features. They used to have a high end coffee and hot drink machine. That has been replaced with a cheaper and more basic one, with fewer options. Less staff available and the main building closed overnight. The World Golf Hall of Fame is no longer in the adjacent facility and the whole space feels like a ghost town. The people who are there are nice, but be ready for the timeshare hard sell when you get your parking pass. We were there during the Player’s Championship and be warned that the local golf courses double their prices, which are already steep. Overall though, the place is still a good option for couples or a small family.
