. Two spacious bedrooms, one queen size bed in one bedroom and 2 twin size beds in the other one.
. One full/queen size sofa bed in the living room.

. Separate desk for you to use, if you plan to do some work during your stay with us.

Electronic Keyless pad
Dear guest, you will receive the entrance code one or two days before your arrival.

To unlock front door, enter the code on the keyless pad, you will hear a short buzzing sound for 5 seconds. This is the lock opening the door for you. When the sound stops, the door should be open.
If it is dark when you are at the door, just press the “lock” button on the keyless pad. This will turn the lights on, so you can enter the code without problems.
If you are unable to open the door, please call me or text me. I will be happy to assist.

Interaction with guests

Your privacy is very important to me, but please do not hesitate to call or text me if you have any questions or concerns, regardless of the time of the day or night. I am here to help and make sure your stay is the most relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

Other things to note

Once you come through the door, the entire place is yours to enjoy. As soon as you enter, to the right, there is a white door. This is a small closet where we keep our cleaning supplies, etc. This is the only private space in the apartment.

The property was within easy walking distance to St George St and other things. The house itself was very clean. The one BIG drawback was that it had roaches. We would not stay there again based solely on that.

Weekend bike trip to Ancient City
Cozy house close to everything. The house was clean and eclectically furnished. There is plenty of parking and a quiet neighborhood. We walked to old town for shopping and dinners, walked around the fort, and down to the winery and distillery. The house is very well located to explore America's oldest city.

Roger is such a gracious host. The space is wonderful and the proximity to all that St. Aug has to offer is great….we barely need to drive while we’re there. If you have a Flagler Student, this is perfect. We’ll stay again!

Quaint and Quiet property in a perfect location
The home is small, quiet, and beautiful. The furniture is a very nice touch if a bit oddly placed. Host communicated flawlessly, and was attentive without fault. Kitchen was spotless, and even though the default microwave was out of order there was a backup sitting neatly on the counter. Overall a great stay.

St Augustine perfect retreat
Beautiful older home, very tastefully decorated. Beds, couches, and everything was very comfy and nice. Walked to Historic St Augustine each day, very close by. Had a wonderful time, enjoyed sitting on the front porch, perfect location - very quiet street. Would definitely stay again and would recommend this place. Loved the location - walking distance to the colonial quarter, quiet neighborhood and driveway parking, which is rare and a huge relief!! The house is decorated beautifully with antique period pieces. Roger was a fantastic host and communication was quick and easy! We will stay again!

We enjoyed a great week-long stay in a well-appointed, cozy house in a quiet neighborhood, ideally located a short walk away from St. Augustine’s historic tourist attractions, restaurants and shopping.
