Adorable Cottage with a Resort Feel
Publié le 27 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe cottage we stayed in was super cute. It has been newly remodeled and was very clean and offered a comfortable stay. The two bedrooms were perfect. Beds were very comfortable. I travel a lot for work and my check list for a place to stay is; safe, clean, comfortable and convenient. This checked all of those boxes and then some. So much that I am thinking to bring my family back. The cottage is a great size and offers privacy a hotel does not. The property is beautiful with a pool to lounge and swim in. It's located in a quiet neighborhood about a half mile walk to historic downtown but has so much to offer around it. The owners and host were so nice and communicative but they allow you to reach out and offer you privacy. My friend and I really enjoyed our stay and will be returning and recommending this place to others!

Excellent Rental!

We had plenty of room, and my grandson loved having his own room instead of staying in a hotel with two beds in one room. Everything was perfect! The hosts were very accommodating! The only one thing that I would change is to have an end table on each side of the bed instead of one. Very minor though because I just pulled one of the dining chairs into the bedroom to use on my side! We will rent this place again if we come back to St. Augustine!

Publié le 14 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayVery easy walking distance to the fort through a beautiful neighborhood. The pool was perfect. The sofa bed is very firm (more like a futon) - was fine for our little kids but would have been uncomfortable for an adult.

The unit we rented for a week was great and the owners spared no expense when it came to quality sleep, as the beds were super comfortable! The pool was warm and wonderful. Also, this was a prime location because it's just minutes from the tourist attractions and beaches. Overall, we highly recommend this property to everyone! Thank you Dante & Tracy!

Perfect Place to Stay in St Augustine!

The cottage was beautiful and clean, and a very short walk from all kinds of restaurants, bars, etc. There’s a beautiful, well-kept pool onsite, too. And Dante and Traci are exceptional hosts - they’re organized, friendly, and accommodating, and always available if you have a question. We will definitely book here again for all future trips to St. Augustine!

A hidden gem
Publié le 9 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were in St. Augustine celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. The cottage & complex were exactly as described. Everything was amazing! We commented that this place felt like a hidden gem in the city. We were really shocked that it was so close to the center of the city (literally walking distance), yet it felt so quiet & secluded. We never heard guests coming & going & our cottage was right beside the entrance. We just can't recommend this place enough. We had such a wonderful stay & we will definitely be returning! Oh, and we absolutely LOVED the "house manual" ... you guys really thought of everything! Thank you soooo much!
