When we arrived the floors had dust/dirt in the corner and edges. The sink/tub was old and stained. The sheets were stained. The lobby and halls were clean but not our room. We made it the 2 nights that we were in the city but definitely not a place we will stay in the future.

Rooms are dirty, bathroom is falling apart, rooms are not being cleaned properly, there were mice droppings behind the bed and all furniture, hotel need to be updated completely, Radisson should be ashamed of sponsoring this chain of hotel.

Oír room was dirty. Smelled like carpet freshener. The bathroom was dirty out dated. Beds were super old And upon checking in I gave the front desk clerk a credit card to charge my room and incidental's and they charged my room to the credit card on file. When I asked for them to change it I was told that they could not do it. Very unreasonable. Very disappointed with the poor attention I received. Will not stay there again.

The location was close enough to walk to certain attractions. The bed was comfortable and the room "appeared" clean upon check in. After a night on the town we returned quite late. We stay in the Jacuzzi rooms often and always bring cleaning products to bleach out the tubs before use. This tub had not even been rinsed from the previous visitors. Pubic hair and scum that was clearly visible upon close inspection. Even after cleaning we opted not to use it. Waste of an expensive upgrade. Also we had our own blankets which were required as there were blood stains on the comforter that disappeared with a spray cleaner, so again not changed or cleaned. We will never stay at this location again. Bathroom was adequately clean.
