Dirty carpet, there was a sticky area on the carpet near the desk, and there was a blood stain on the bed sheet. I don't recommend Marriott Bonvoy hotels.

Our stay at this location was good and comfortable. We did not like that the lady at the check in counter came out covering her mouth because she was eating and did not greet us. That was very unprofessional. We liked the location and the room was clean so we would stay here again when we visit St. Augustine.

Quick getaway with comfort!

Loved the location! Literally two minute walk to the beach. Lobby was very big, and had three different seating areas. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and courteous. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

The hotel front desk staff checked us in a room with hearing accessible features. I specifically booked a room without hearing accessible because we don’t want it. She didn’t even ask us first. We arrived at the hotel late in the evening. We found out only until we opened the room. We were so tired to go down the lobby to ask them for a different room.
