The sky is clear for stargazing at night and you can often see horse-drawn carriages drive by this prime downtown location. Enjoy your morning coffee on either of the relaxing porches. Perfect in EVERY way
This was probably our best ever VRBO rental and we stay at several a year. It was perfectly decorated, thoughtfully appointed, ultra comfortable, and overall a perfect private oasis. I cannot thank the hosts enough for offering this property as a vacation home. Our visit with our daughter at Flagler was even better because of this unit. Loved it

Lovely in all ways
We loved this property for our 3 night visit to St.Augustine area for kayaking. Perfect space for the two of us with a spacious bathroom, comfy living room, and well appointed kitchen. Great location for us! We waked to the Fish Camp for dinner one night and Ice Plant for another. We spent our last evening and next morning in historic downtown not even 5 minutes away (by car). Look forward to returning when it's little cooler so we can enjoy the cozy porch areas. Thanks so much! And thanks for the great communication with our questions!

Truly charming and delightful cottage
Me and my husband had an amazing time staying at this beautiful cottage! Walking distance to the distillery, and the historic district and all the sightseeing. Highly recommend the Fish Camp great seafood and friendly staff! The cottage is designed with such a great taste and attention to detail. We truly appreciated all the amazing touches such as the wine wall, coffee and handcrafted soaps! The place had everything we needed at our disposal. We also enjoyed the privacy of the back patio facing a wooded area. The host provided all the necessary instructions for accessing the property and was quick to respond. Surprise visit
My wife and I visited St Augustine to surprise our three grown children who were all gathering in St Augustine for the 4th of July weekend. We chose Lincolnville as it was advertised as being walking distance to the downtown area. We were pleasantly surprised by the overall quality of the home - new, clean, beautifully decorated and in a great location. Would definitely stay there again.

We just returned from 2 nights and enjoyed our stay. The property is very close to restaurants and shops and is on a safe street to walk along. The home itself is well decorated airy and very comfortable, very, very clean. Would love to stay again.

Beautiful St. Augustine Cottage
Charming is an understatement. My husband and I absolutely loved this cottage. It was so quaint, yet very spacious on the inside. It was beautifully decorated and had new amenities. We had all the comforts of home while on vacation. The house is conveniently located very close to the Ice Plant and The Fish Camp (two of our favorite spots in St. Augustine). The historic district is very nearby. Probably a 25 minute walk. We always rent a golf cart to get around, so it was just a 2-3 minute cart ride to St. George street. I highly recommend this cottage next time you’re in St. Augustine.

Great spot for our weekend anniversary getaway. We loved exploring Lincolnville on foot, and nearby proximity to a fabulous meal at Fish Camp and several breweries/distilleries. The bathroom was luxurious.

Perfect getaway for 2
Cutest little bungalow tucked off the hustle n bustle streets of downtown but close enough to stroll everywhere and take in all the sights historic downtown St. Augustine has to offer. Beautiful space, convenient area.. cool Distillery/ restaurants in walking distance Decor, top notch! Clean, bright, easy communication if needed. We had a great time and would definitely book here again for our next St. Augustine trip.

My daughter and son-in-law stayed here after their wedding in St. Augustine. They loved it. Said that it was the cleanest VRBO/ABnB they ever stayed in. The locations was great and the place is adorable!

Everything was very clean and comfortable. Inside was beautiful and up to date. Great location - we walked most places (when it wasn’t raining). It was a plus to have a selection of wine to drink from at the end of the night. Had all the amenities you could need.

This adorable perfectly decorated home is a great spot to sty for a visit to Saint Augustine. If you enjoy walking (and we do) it’s a short 1/2 mile walk down past historic streets and homes. It’s a short drive to the beaches and attentions in the town. When your day is over you return to a comfortable space with everything you need to feel at home.
