So the manger told us that we could have breakfast cause we only had 5min till 10am so 9:55 to a buffet that was ridiculous and you can hear everything in the hallway and Nextdoor to room awsome listening to kid kick there feet on the wall but the biggest was breakfast and they had no convince store it was empty for snacks water ect hotel was garbage really and also they jack the rates for the town of lights

Walking distance to downtown historic st Augustine is the only thing this hotel really has going for it. The rooms are okay—not worth 450 a night. When checking in, I was double charged and if I didn’t catch it, it would have went unnoticed. The gentleman checking people in asked everyone else for a floor preference but me. There wasn’t any explanation on the overflow parking situation til we came in later after dinner and the lady up front was extremely helpful.
