Good location. My main issue is that my bed was not done when I came back for my second night

The fire alarm kept going off in the entire building, it was so early in the morning to have to evacuate the area.

My apologies for the disturbance this morning. The fire alarms are a safety measure to protect our guests when there is cause for concern. In this case, a guest was vaping in her room, against hotel policy, and set off the alarm. Thankfully, it was not more serious and the detectors did what they are designed to do. Thankfully, it's not a common occurance. Thank you for staying with us at the Hilton Garden Inn St Augustine Historic District.

I thoroughly enjoyed may stay. Very clean. Friendly front desk staff. Only one thing I did not like - when I went for the breakfast buffet around 9 am, there was no coffee. I was told I'd have to wait - no apologies given. :(

Thank you for your feedback and rating. I'm happy you enjoyed your stay overall. I'm sorry we fell short with coffee service at 9:00am. Oftentimes, we see the most number of guests attending breakfast between 8:30am until closing at 10:00am but coffee consumption stays constant at both in our lobby station and in the restaurant. The hotel is so clean it is sparkling. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The Fountain of Youth is a few steps away and the Old Downtown is about a mile and a half.
