Please note that the pool is solar heated and depends on the amount of sunlight that the solar panels are exposed to. It can be very chilly in the winter months, usually only about 10 degrees warmer then the pool would be without a heater

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. If we find an unauthorized pet in the house, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charge an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 / per day.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS/FIREWORKS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

Loved this property...very private, great location with easy beach access and visits to historic St Augustine shopping and restaurants. With 2 young grand children joining us the pool and fenced yard were a HUGE plus! Definitely would stay here again. Would suggest some decking boards be replaced at the outside shower. Thanks!

Severe potential Liability issues: Pool area has lifted Pavers we had to place a chair over after one a couple of guests almost tripped on. Outdoor Shower has a potential slip n fall from Algae and Rotting boards. We had 5 guests and only 4 Dinner Forks in the entire unit. Very evident the owner doesn’t give the unit much love. The pool area needs landscaping since the pool and solar panels get no sun due to overgrowth causing a freezing pool. Couldn’t enjoy it. Otherwise, it was comfortable and good location.

2 couples. We're all from Orlando. We had the best time! My friend brought her blowup big screen and projector we had a movie night in the pool, watched Jaws...it was a vibe. The house had everything, it was perfect! We will definitely be back!! The host had good response time when we had questions.

Paradise Retreat! This place was exactly what we needed. The owners have thought of everything! From beach towels and boogie boards for the pool/beach to board games, movies and books for those rainy Florida days. The kitchen was well appointed and we were well stocked on such things like laundry and dishwasher soap, paper towels and toilet paper (I’ve had to purchase additional items on my own in other rentals) The trek to the beach wasn’t too bad but if you take the public path indicated by the map, heads up-LOTS of stairs. We had a wagon so we took the short drive to the parking lot entrance just south of the home.We had such a wonderful time, which was spent mostly in the pool and the lanai. We did venture out and see the sights, but we spent the majority of our time at the house.. why leave paradise? lolWe did have one unforeseen issue that was weather related and the owner was very responsive and handled everything quickly. Would I recommend this home?? Of course! 10000% we were so pleased with our stay.

Loved everything about this home!

My husband and i loved this property! Location was great! Walking distance to a beautiful beach. Pool was perfect! Just like bathwater, which we loved! Enjoyed the enclosed porch so much that i sat outside watching tv everynight. This time of year is the best time to visit Florida! We will definitely keep this one on our list for the next visit to Florida.

What a cute cottage

Very impressed with this super cute cottage. Very clean and well appointed. An impressive back yard with a pool and a spacious screened porch. Extra large master bedroom with sitting area. A lot of thought went into creative beach decor inside and out. The next time we come to st Augustine we will definitely stay here again!!

Nice little place!

We had a great time at Island breeze. Very clean and well equipped. Comfortable bed. Nice little pool, just wish it had been warmer weather so we could have enjoyed it more! Very nice screened in porch with nice furniture and a great TV. Owner was very helpful with any issues we had. Would definitely recommend and will book again if we are back in this area!

Snow birds

We had stayed in St. Augustine a few years ago and stayed closer to downtown this time we were looking for something quiet and close to the beach. This property had all of that. We were there for a month and felt like a local . The back screen porch was our favorite spot. Nice lounge chairs and a big tv. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook .coffee on the back patio in the morning and then a quick walk your at the beach .check out the Saturday farmers market. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.. walk to our favorite restaurant the elk house. . Thank you for a wonderful stay .

Very well cared for cute home. We spent the majority of our time on the screened In Linai. Close to beach and restaurants. Everything was exactly like being in your own home away from home.

This house has all the beach island vibes! It is so cute!! The porch is amazing and huge! Beds were very comfy which is a win. The pool and backyard were amazing! Would love to come back!
