There were ants all over the wall and a roach in the ac unit. Asked about a different room was told that it was because of the rain and most rooms were like that.

Posted Aug. 19, 2024 on Hotels Check in was great, room was clean and bed was comfortable. Nice location. Stayed here a couple of times before. Will stay again. My only complaint is they offer you the same breakfast every day. Wish they could switch it up.

The rooms have old furniture... the sofa bed was very noisy and the mattress looked dirty... the stay was for several days and the room was not cleaned several times when we returned in the afternoon... the pool looked dirty... the washing machines were very old and dirty... the breakfast was good... the price was very cheap,

There was an odor on the 3rd floor that smelled misty, like a combination of wet carpet and wet dog. We had to buy air fresheners for our room. The bed was worn out. The mattress needs replaced. They seemed to have issues with keys. At check in, the clerk had issues and when we got to the room one of our keys did not work. Two times after that, when we came in at night, neither key would work so we had to go back to the desk and have them re programmed.

It was reasonably priced and wasn't to far from Saint Augustine the are was quiet. The only downside was they need a little more detailed cleaning there was build up of dirt and hair in the corners and the caulking around the tub had black mold in sone places
