Great place and location!
Publié le 18 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat location, walkable to beach, The Pit surf shop, good coffee, and restaurants. Interior and furnishings very nice. Great little deck. Two driveways for parking was a real plus if you have friends visiting.

The place is exactly like the pictures. It was so clean and just beautiful inside and we felt right at home. There are several restaurants there on the island, but St. Augustine proper was just a few short minutes away. The beach is a short walk away, and the neighborhood was very quiet and and very nice. I highly recommend this placeif you're going to be in the area!

It was less than a block away from the beach, and from restaurants and a coffee bar, with many other places to eat a short walk away. Everything to make the stay more comfortable and convenient has been considered, and Pat and John are easily accessible if needed! The carriage house was very clean and modern. It felt like home the moment we walked in! Thanks Pat and John!

Darling, cozy home!

We enjoyed our daily walk to the beach, trying some local spots for eating and the upper deck of the home!
Perfect all around - would stay again for sure!

The Carriage House Was Warm & Cozy
Publié le 29 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayA cold spell hit the area so we were grateful this VRBO was warm, comfortable and clean. It “IS” as advertised. The location is perfect; direct access to the beach, far enough away yet a short and easy drive to St Augustine’s Old Town, restaurant choices and a microbrewery just two blocks away! Kitchen and bathroom were well appointed. Loved the soft and fluffy bath towels. While it was too cold in January, there were beach accessories available for fun sand time had it been warm enough. Pat and John communicated very well on our arrival date. We arrived late so they left the porch light on for us. Check In could not have been easier! We will stay here again if our travels take us to this area again.
