Grandma’s cottage, cute community, great location
Publié le 4 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe cottage is cute and has so much potential but is in desperate need of love and care. Seemed like no one had been in it for a while- stagnant air/odor. Old mismatched furniture pieces and decor. Older kitchenware and electronics (couldn’t remember how to work DirectTV, lol). Back doors VERY hard to open and landscaping was overran. Location is great! Quiet community with pool (except for the lady in the parking lot that stood and stared at us with her hands on her hips while we unloaded and the neighbors leaving a note on the door with “neighbor considerate” instructions). Beach is right over dune with community only access in and out of boardwalk. Short drive to “city” amenities. Nothing too crazy to stop our girls weekend and would love to see this place updated like it’s neighbors have done.

Lovely beach front property
Publié le 18 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayWe came for a quick get away at the beach and it was lovely. We very much enjoyed the quiet location and easy beach access. The property is also well located for groceries and other shops. We are seniors not looking for night life. This property was perfect! We relaxed and enjoyed. Absolutely wonderful!

The beach life for me.

The beach was just a short walk over the sand dunes and we were happy to hear the crashing waves while sitting on the front deck. This is our second visit to St Augustine. Last year we stayed in town to enjoy all the activities in this beautiful area. The Spanish architecture is amazing. This year we stayed on the beach and we both agree. If we come back to the area again it will be to stay on this beautiful beach.
