Located one half block to 4 eating establishments this ground floor end unit, recently upgraded! one bedroom suite with mini granite kitchen and breakfast bar, family room combo with covered patio will meet or exceed all your ocean front expectations. Whirlpool tub adds to the abundant enjoyment. Heated pool adds to the attraction of a vacation on the beach in cooler seasons. Located next to Crescent Beach Park which has a drive on access to the beach, your stay can accommodate various explorations. Historic Saint Augustine and the St. Augustine Amphitheater are just minutes away. Side yard adds to the amount of endless possibilities one can have, shaded most of the time! Remember only end units have bedroom views of the ocean! 4th floor sunsets are Gorgeous! A king bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed provides for multiple arrangements in the condo. Add’l fee for more then 2 guests as add’l fee covers laundry of sleeper sofa. Deposit of $200 is because that is the cost I incurred after people smoked in the unit when it is posted NO SMOKING in unit.

Could not have asked for better hosts than Ricky and Suzy. Location description was on point. Check in and out were just as easy as coming and going from my own home. Most of our meals were eat out or carry in. All items needed were easy to find. Plenty of fresh towels and wash cloths. Keurig available. The beach is peaceful and very walkable.

The property was clean. However it was so crowded with heavy bulky furniture looked like garage sale - mismatched - it was so weighed down. It just looked tired. The patio that looked over the ocean had a pile of rusted old furniture that was very unsightly! Not to mention if you touched it and got cut you would need a tetanus shot! Totally dragged down the patio which could have been lovely. Bedding was stained and sheets fit improperly. Will not be renting this unit again.

This property was perfect. It was very clean the view was awesome!! The condo is very well stocked all you need is clothes and food. I would highly reccomend this property for a beach get away. The office staff is very friendly and all the locals are very friendly and helpful.
