My Favorite Place

I love the charm of old Florida combined with the updated bathrooms and appliances. The covered deck is heavenly, and stepping out the door onto the sand was wonderful. Janet was very kind and easy to communicate with. We loved our week.

The Bad & The Good
Publié le 10 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe Bad. First floor bathroom has two steps up to the toilet, wish they had been noted in property description. It was difficult to navigate. Had to rearrange our sleeping arrangements. Then there was bug infestation issue on the first floor.It was addressed by owner but still meant 40% of rental was unavailable to us during our stay. A minimal refund was offered only after being suggested. The Good - the ocean view

Great house/great location

Sadly, due to beach erosion we had to use another method to enter the beach area but honestly, it was no big deal as it is right beside this house. Will visit again!

Please change the pillows are not cushin and clean the linen all have bad odor.

Only issue is no direct access to beach. Must walk along road 2 houses to get there and walk a narrow path. Persons with limited mobility will have issues. Porch is shaded and was nice to sit out in the rain. Great home!
