This property has the absolute best location! Close to everything without being on top of it all. The greeting was kind and welcoming. The little touches made you feel welcome and at home. Breakfast was delicious along with the live music to add ambiance. The only knock was that our bed could have used a memory foam topper due to it being somewhat hard.

Very nice stay. Beautiful balcony with comfortable seating overlooking the street. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Did not have a chance to try the included breakfast as we had to leave before it started. Would definitely stay here again.

What an awesome stay here! It’s so close to the historical district and we could not have been happier. We traveled to Charleston, Savannah and twice to St. Augustine and I don’t think we will ever go out of Florida again. The homemade breakfasts were outstanding and the owners were so kind. A Must for St Augustine

Amazing B&B. Start setting a tour of St Augustine with a B&B that looks and feels historical. I was impressed by being met with a glass of wine while touring our room and access to the patio room and inside living room. At the end of the day was snacks and burbon or wine before retiring. Friendly guests to talk with and make new friends. Page and her co-gretter made the entire stay special. And being wothin walking distance to a trolly tour, the ghost tour, and the Fountain of Youth of course. Make sure you have dinner at Columbia on St George Street!
