We loved the privacy of our room at the back of the property. Easy, simple check in with no long lines in a loud lobby. FREE parking! Walkable distance to all of our favorite places.

Great place, great location. Breakfast was very good. Having a handy man plane the swollen doors would stop all the slamming noise. It was a bit extreme and impossible to sleep past 8. It really is a simple fix.

Property was lovely, greeted by Paige on arrival who seemed to be informative, the room was beautifully decorated and had a fridge with free sodas on the veranda.
I had booked Bed & Breakfast and paid a little extra to have free parking and food, however there was no breakfast which left me disappointed and disgruntled from this experience, I only got this information from a guest who was staying here, Paige did not tell me it was not going to be available.

Had a wonderful one night stay here in town for a music festival. It was within easy walking distance to the venue and all the fun stuff in St Augustine. Room was very clean, unique, and pretty. Breakfast was great and had delicious cookies waiting for us at check in. Highly recommended and will be going back when I can stay longer in town.

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff is super attentive. We really liked sotting on the upstairs verandah during the day and then laye evening. Small things like complimentary sodas, water, coffee, snacks and small ice bags were really appreciayed. The included breakfast was delicious. And there's FREE PARKING!

Great guesthouse. Perfect location for walking around old part of st Augustine. Good wifi in room and elsewhere on property.

We had a great stay. The room was nice, location is perfect for walking around, breakfast was yummy, and free parking. Would definitely stay again!
