Perfect location
Publié le 13 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe like to travel with our dog and was searching for a place close to the Saint Augustine amphitheater. This place was close enough that we were able to walk to the show. The property has several isolated areas in the yard which was nice for the dog to explore. The heated swimming pool was a bonus for the teenager. A nice quiet neighborhood for walking the dog. All this property sits close to A1A the noise from traffic passing by in minimal. By far, one of my most pleasant VRBO stays, I look forward to returning to this property next time I’m in Saint Augustine.

Beautiful Home

Very nice stay with one weird experience
Publié le 17 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was as advertised. Spacious, fairly clean, and a great location. The pool was a lot of fun for the family.
Definitely bring your own toilet paper. The limited supply provided was the thinnest we’ve ever encountered. Which is to say it was useless. We left some quality TP behind for the next guests.
One odd experience: I left to meet with a friend only to return home to the owner in the garage. My wife and kids were alone at the house and this man simply let himself in the house without any prior notification. He was only there to put garbage out, but still, it was uncomfortable and inappropriate.
Otherwise, it was a great stay. Four stars and recommended.

We are glad that you enjoyed your stay! We do let guests know that the cleaning crew leave a limited supply of items (soaps, toilet paper, etc.) to get your started. If a guest has a preference in toilet paper, they will need to buy/bring their own. The owner does go to the house to take care of the garbage cans and also rinses them out to keep things clean for our guests. The garage is locked (there is also a chain inside the house on the garage access door) and the owner does not access the home at any time without permission. We do have services (pool services, lawn service, trash) that are taken care of on a weekly basis and that information is provided to our guests.

Cousin's vacation

This was the best vacation ever. The sisters in law had a great time being together and i loved watching the grandchildren play together. The kids swam all day everyday and loved having their own space inside. They loved being able to play with one another all day and night. Thank you for a wonderful time with cousins. We'll always remember the time we had.

Great place

Exceeded Expectations!
Publié le 4 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayBooking anything online is taking a 50/50 chance on it being great or completely awful. I must admit, this house exceeded our expectations when we walked in. I can’t comment enough on how clean it was! Beautiful house and nicely decorated to make you feel at home. The pool area is very spacious with patio furniture and the led lights around it are the perfect touch for evenings outside. The location is in one of the best spots as it’s close to everything! Communication was prompt and very friendly when I had questions. And a huge plus is that they allow small dogs so we were able to bring our baby with us. This house will definitely be our go to house when we stay in St. Augustine.
