Sea Salt is a newly constructed luxury beach home with private heated pool. Previous guests have told us the home is even better than the photos can convey. This is a home with five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms tailor-made to accommodate a crowd.

When you arrive at Sea Salt you may want to stay outside and drink in the wonderful sea air while you gaze at the waves. When you do come inside, you’ll be greeted by a large living room with fireplace, plenty of comfortable seating and a huge HDTV with cable. You also have Wi-Fi within Sea Salt so you can share photos with friends, check out websites for area attractions, make dinner reservations and book tee times at local golf courses.

Large windows run the full length of the living room and dining room with French doors leading out to one of your expansive decks. Grab a spot on the porch swing and watch the waves. Or, perhaps you want to go down to the lower level where you’ll find your outdoor swimming pool and sundeck. Enjoy a cool drink under the palm trees as you watch the kids paddle around in the pool. This is a home designed for fun and for creating great memories.

If you’re not dining out in one of the many excellent restaurants within walking distance of your home, you can cook in the gourmet kitchen. Everything you need to prepare your favorite recipes is here waiting. Just make one trip to the grocery store and you’ll be all set. You’ll love the island and expansive prep space, the huge refrigerator and the gas stove. Even the cook has a great view of the sea while preparing dinner. Your group can probably fit around your dining room table, but if additional spaces are needed, you can set four places at the nearby breakfast bar.

After dinner, you may want to take advantage of the miles of coast right outside your door by following the path to the shore for some beach-combing. Or, perhaps you’ll settle in for a movie night. In addition to your large living room TV, you also have a second family room with a couch and TV on the lower level. Watch a little TV then pass through French doors out to the pool for an evening swim. Life is good at Sea Salt.

There’s a pathway directly to the beach right next to Sea Salt. Whether you ride boogie boards, surf or build sandcastles, there’s endless fun to be had on the shore. After you return to your beach house, you’ll find there’s a beach shower outdoors where you can get the sand off your body. Sea Salt also has an in-home washer and dryer so you can pack light knowing these handy facilities are available. Return home with a suitcase of clean clothes!

Sea Salt gives everyone lots of room for togetherness and group fun, but it also provides plenty of private space in its many bedrooms. Your master suite has a king-size bed as do two of the additional bedrooms. A fourth bedroom features two double beds and a fifth bedroom includes two twin beds, one with a trundle. Best of all, with four and a half bathrooms at Sea Salt, there’s never any waiting around for a turn in the shower. All rooms with king-size beds have their own wall-mounted flat-screen TVs too. But, rather than watching TV, you'll want to step out on the balcony, sit in a comfy chair and listen to the sea as you sip a nightcap. What a glorious way to end your day.
