Posted Jun. 2, 2024 on HomeAwayHouse was very clean and had updated appliances. Yard was perfect for our dog. AC was in excellent condition. House was well organized with helpful labels. Great location. Beaches are busy at access points, but the 4 Wheel Drive beaches had plenty of spaces where you can set up in open stretches. We will definitely come back !

Perfect get away
Posted May 26, 2024 on HomeAwayWe enjoyed staying at this adorable cottage. The home was very clean and in a great location. We were very happy to be able to bring our dogs along and lived the fenced in yard/ We were grateful to have washer and dryer to get ahead on laundry. It was so convenient to the beach. We would highly recommend.

Spring Break
Posted Apr. 14, 2024 on HomeAwayI rarely give reviews because they are usually negative. And I hate being publicly negative. We have an adult son that is like a child and uses a wheelchair so we are extremely particular about where we stay. I research for weeks before making a decision. He spends most of his time on the floor, so it HAS to be clean. It’s never clean enough for my standards. This little house is the first place ever that I can say was clean to my standards. And we travel a couple of times per year. This little house is fantastic! It was clean, comfortable, it had everything you could possibly think of that you might need during your stay. It’s a hop, skip and a jump to the beach, pier, gift shops, donuts, ice cream and restaurants. We will most definitely be back. Thank you Eric and Leila for sharing your beautiful home with us!!!

Fabulous pet-friendly rental near beach
Posted Apr. 10, 2024 on HomeAwayThis house exceeded our expectations! It was impeccably clean and newly renovated, with all the comforts of home. It has very comfortable beds and living room furniture, and a modern, well-stocked kitchen.
There is a fenced-in yard that was perfect for the pup, with a back patio/sitting area with umbrella and small firepit.
The location is fantastic--a short walk to the beach and restaurants (some favorites: Stir It Up, Beachcomber, A1A Burrito Works, Little Margies, Conehead), and a stone's throw to Cafe Eleven--a small but impressive music venue well worth checking out.
The owner was very quick to respond to any questions and was a pleasure to work with.
We will definitely be back!

Lovely Home, Great Location
Posted Mar. 24, 2024 on HomeAwayThis home was exactly as described. It was very clean and had everything you need. Location was perfect within walking distance to several restaurants, a very quick walk to the beach, and a short drive to St. Augustine. I only wish we could have stayed longer!
