Lovely Guest Cottage

Publié le 5 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayProperty was very clean.Location was excellent AC would not go below 80 which made sleeping difficult and stifling at night.Reached out to property owners twice about this with no response. Felt like as soon as they got their money they could have cared less.Never even met them.Will not recommend this property ar all to our friends.

I'm very sorry we did not respond we were having a 4th of July party and we were very busy, didn't check messages.
Right after you left we went in to do the cleaning the temp was 72 degrees so not sure what your problem was. By the way we don't get paid until a few days after you leave so that comment was uncalled for and not true at all.

Perfect location

Although the air conditioning wasn’t working, this was out of the owners control and they took extra steps for our comfort to include placing a portable A/C in the bedroom and a window unit in the kitchen. They also provided a gift card to a great restaurant and offered to place us in a hotel. They were very accommodating and we will consider this property for future trips to the Old City. Highly recommend

6th Anniversary Quick Getaway
Publié le 17 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe place was amazing! Comfortable, beautiful, homey; we loved it. And the owners were super nice, informative, welcoming, and great people. We were so happy from the minute we arrived right up until we had to get back to real life.
The location was better than we could’ve ever asked for, and we had a great time. Would recommend it 110% and we may be back ourselves (if we can lose the kid for another weekend. 😂)
Thank you so much for everything! It truly was an anniversary to remember.

Great little cottage for two
Publié le 16 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved this little cottage that is within walking distance to St George street and many of the historical sites so we didn’t need to worry about driving or parking. Very clean and all the amenities of home and loved the full sized fridge. It is a bit off the beaten path and was very quiet. Perfect place for a romantic getaway for two. We love St Augustine and would definitely stay here again.

Publié le 26 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayTwo things make for a GREAT vacation: 1) The DESTINATION; 2) The ACCOMMODATIONS . Of course, St Augustine is beautiful and the Rhode Guest House was IDEAL ! Location is close to downtown with Great Host Communication, everything was CLEAN & organized, and had all we needed . The Bungalow was pleasing to come home to after a day of "doing the town".
