Very large 1BD, 1BA Ocean Front Complex, Ground Floor, Wifi, Hdtv, Large pool

This family friendly condo is located on the beautiful white sands of St Augustine beach (Crescent Beach). The condo complex is directly on the beach front. The condo is very large at 870 square feet. As the unit is ground floor with easy access to your vehicle there is NO ocean view from inside the unit. An ocean view can be seen a short distance out the rear sliding glass door across the pool deck. A private boardwalk over the protected sand dunes from the pool area leads to the beach.

The unit has a large kitchen with full size appliances including a side by side refrigerator, stove with oven and dishwasher. All cookware and dishes are provided.

The condo is a one bedroom, one bath unit located on the ground floor with a king size bed. A queen size sofa bed is located in the living room.

The unit was recently updated with brand new quartz seashell countertops in the kitchen. The bathroom was taken down to the studs, retiled, new toilet, lighting and vanity. The entire unit was repainted and the furnishings were replaced.

Best Place to Stay in St. Augustine!
My husband and I have been traveling to St. Augustine a couple of times a year for many years. This condo is our favorite place to stay. It is right on the beach and is large and comfortable. On every stay it has been very quiet and restful. The kitchen is very supplied. The furniture is comfortable and it's nice that there is a TV in both the livingroom and bedroom. This is such a great place that it is frequently booked up and I've learned to book as far in advance as possible.

A week away…
The unit and complex are nice and well maintained. The unit was clean but the living room furniture is not very comfortable. Since we spent our time on the beach, it was certainly sufficient. The beach is easily accessible and was never crowded. We often found ourselves out there with no one around. I would recommend and return.

This has became our go to condo every year for our anniversary. Everything is always very clean, the condo is stocked with anything you might need, and the bed is comfortable. When we needed help with the lock Cindy responded quickly and helped resolve the problem. The lady in the office is also very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We will be back!

The condo is as described, very well equiped, close to the beach and in outstanding conditon. M wife and I just spent the last week there and loved it. The property is well maintained, the pool is clear and clean and you are very close to the private beach access walkway. Nothing more to ask for. We are in our mid 80's and walked the hard packed sand beach every day. Nothing like it.

A Gem in Paradise.
Let me start by saying to host was incredible. She is extremely quick with her communication and attentive to any needs. This property has a ton of good reviews for reason. It is in a quiet complex the grounds are well kept as it the pool. It is a very short walk to the beach and short drive to a plethora incredible restaurants. The condo is neat clean and well set up for cooking (though we really didn't cook) Even though it is not advertised as an ocean view you still see a small sliver of it standing and looking out the back slider. I would most definitely stay there again.

Quiet Location
My husband and I rented this unit for a month. The bed and furniture were comfortable. The unit is well stocked. It is located in a great location which is close to everything but at the quieter end of the beach. We truly enjoyed our stay.
