Thank you for your feedback. We really hate that you feel this way and did not enjoy our beautiful home. Your experience was very different from our experiece or most of our guests. We love sharing our beach villa because we get so much pleasure and enjoyment from staying here. This villa is located in between the intercoastal and Atlantic ocean beach on St Augustine Beach island, there are no sketchy neighborhoods on the beach island. The average family home in this neighborhood goes for over a half of million dollars for 406 a sqft. This neighborhood is mature, quiet, and absolutely beautiful. We have multiple pictures of every single room in the house, pictures of the outside space, pictures of the parking lot, and an overview photo of the neighborhood. It is a safe, quiet, beautiful neighborhood. We have one of the top cleaning companies professionally clean after each guest. And they do a phenomenal job cleaning and setting up the home with care. We were surprised to see your negative comments on this review because during your 2 day stay, we did not hear from you once. No messages, no calls, no comments, no questions, no report of any issues. We always welcome the opportunity to fix any issues or concerns a guest may have while they are there so they can fully enjoy their stay. After seeing your review, I sent out our maintenance to do a thorough check. He found nothing broken. He mentioned with all the rain that the kids bikes chains were a little rusted but all amenities, appliances, furniture was in like new working order. On a regular basis and as needed, we replace rugs, mats, shower curtains, bedding, towels, toilet seat, outdoor seating, pillows, cookware. We pride ourselves in providing a 5 star stay and keeping this home feeling fresh and new. We hope future guests do not let your negative comments prevent them from enjoying our beautiful beach villa.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and loved the location. It is the perfect location for St Augustine Beach while still being an easy 10min drive to the historical downtown. We love how there is the beach and shops and restaurants-all walking distance from the cottage.

We take pride in providing our guest with a 5 star stay and hope you enjoyed yours. We love the beautiful outdoor space, patio with the hottub, nice backyard full of tropical plants, stone firepit, we just added 4 new chairs around the fire pit on April 9th, plus there is the outdoor dining table with 4 chairs, and the 4 patio chairs in the oversized screened in patio area. We love how much outdoor space there is and we love sharing this FL nature experience with our guests. Which is why we provide the different outdoor seating areas. We hope you enjoyed despite being there during spring pollen season. Although the pollen(not dust) requires daily wipe down to use the outdoor table, it also provides the beautiful blooms of the bugavilla flowers, the fullness of the fig tree, and shade of the expanded grape vine canopy. We are glad you found the toilet paper and supplies. We do, as stated in our check in email, provide a basic starter supply package that includes a starter roll of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, clothes soap, and trial size toiletries; but this is a house rental so we do encourage guests to bring their own food, charcoal, firewood, and extended stay toiletries. We love the convenience of how there is a store just a half of a mile from the house. Restaurants and stores within walking distance. We love our villa and take pride in sharing it with others.
