Very clean and great location
Publié le 23 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe home was very clean and the managers responded promptly. Everyone that stayed was comfortable and enjoyed the stay. Walking distance to the beach and to Jack’s BBQ. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN.

Beach house

Great beach location in a roomy duplex.
Publié le 19 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat location and comfortable property. Note that if you are a large group, it is two separate rentals, not one big house. Access to two of the bedrooms is outside and up an open staircase.

The listing description and photos show that this is one home with two separate entrances, but we are sorry that you were expecting something different. Great Location

Girls Trip
Publié le 16 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur annual girls trip was a hit this year despite the intermittent rain. We rented the upstairs and downstairs units. We enjoyed the pool tremendously! The beach was only a 5 minute walk from the house. We used some of the chairs that were provided. We also played golf at a course not too far away.
The unit was very clean and provided plenty of towels for our use. We did have an issue with the kitchen sink. The owner promptly contacted someone to repair it and it was fixed within a few hours. My only suggestions would be to provide a few basic cleaning supplies and a few cookie sheets in the kitchen.
Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend renting this house.

Roomy cottage

The location was great, just a short drive to downtown and the beach access was wonderful. If we come back to St. Augustine, we would stay there again.

Vacation
Publié le 27 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a great time. Location was good. However I had to go buy a big enough pot to cook my seafood in there wasn't one large enough. I think at the beach all units should have large pot for boils. WiFi was in and out but that's not a huge deal except for the kids. lol. Garbage was full when we arrived and my the time they emptied it and we put out trash in it it was full again need more cans or some resolution. Because now it's full again for the next guest and it doesn't run til Thursday.
Overall they stay was awesome

Charles, thank you for your review and stay. We restocked the kitchens in both units of this home in June. We find that items often get moved between them. We will make sure that each kitchen has all of the necessary items. If you had reached out, we would have been happy to provide you with a large pot. In addition to moving the large trash bins to the street and then back to the home each week, we also make sure that there is plenty of space for our guests to add bagged trash to the bins in between collection day. We are glad that despite these two concerns you still had an awesome stay! The home, pool, and proximity to the beach and local attractions make this the perfect place to enjoy your time in St. Augustine! We hope to host you again!

Annual family beach trip
