My room was never cleaned on my stay. Had to go to front desk for towels. Was not impressed.

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. Unfortunately due to staffing issues we typically do our stayover service every 2-3 days unless service is requested. We do apologize you didn't have a positive experience and we hope you give us another chance.

Great hotel and at a very reasonable cost. The customer service was exceptional, friendly and welcoming. Upon arrival we saw our sink was not draining and the hotel manager very quickly set us up in a different room. Breakfast was good.

Very nice hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was nice. We travelled with family and overall I will rate my experience 4.8 out of 5.
