Publié le 21 août 2024 sur HotelsThis hotel was ABSOLUTE trash. The front doors were broken and left open. The rooms were in disarray and the pool was out of commission. Both the hotel and the Hotels.com website refused to issue a refund even though it was an unsafe place to stay. RUN

It was the worst stay ever! Nobody was at front desk when we arrived! The mirror was not in the wall! It was not very clean

Breakfast is a joke. Still advertising a pool, but hasn't been a working pool for 3 years. Large sign outside also advertising a water slide not there is no pool so how could there be a water slide?

It was a decent place for the price. There is no elevator, but we were able to have a room on the main floor. The beds were too firm, I didn't sleep well. There is a fun sport bar across the street.
