Upper Floor Suite With Creek View

This upper floor studio unit is approximately 1000 sq. ft. and has incredible natural light and a view of the creek.

In the common area there is a king sized bed, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, and several small appliances including a waffle iron and mix. While this unit does not have a dedicated stove, it does have a large toaster/convection oven for your convenience as well as a BBQ located on the balcony.

The bedroom has a queen sized bed and on-suite bathroom.

This space is completely isolated from the rest of the main house. Because you will be located above the main portion of our house, we ask that you observe our quiet hours (10pm - 7am).

NOTE: Unit is accessed via an outdoor metal circular staircase. While it is safe some people have problems with stairways or carrying oversized luggage upstairs, so please be aware of this. Children are welcome but must not be left unattended in the yard. A creek runs through the back of our property and can be quite dangerous during thunderstorms

Guests will have access to the back yard and to all of the amenities listed. You do not need to walk through the house to get to the suite. It is accessed by a private exterior circular staircase.

Your host is available by Airbnb chat, live chat text, phone and the caretaker is always close by.

La Verkin is a small town located about 20 minutes from the entrance to Zion National Park. We have a grocery store, a couple of gas stations and an excellent coffee shop. We are located next to Hurricane, which has a Walmart, movie theater, restaurants and more. If you need more than that, St. George is about 25 minutes away.

You will need a car to get around. We have plenty of parking.

Quiet neighborhood with experienced hosts
Check in and out was so easy. Neighborhood felt so safe and very convenient for Zion and North Grand Canyon. Fridge had condiments and hosts had coolers and ice packs to use! Beds were very comfortable and back yard/entry was beautiful. Only surprises were sky light over one bed made it hard for my children to fall asleep (also a time change!) and bathroom was only accessible from bedroom. Weren't huge issues and would still have stayed. Hosts had an optional survey so they can be constantly improving! Wish we would have stayed another night and would definitely stay again!

Relaxing home close to Zion
This property was perfect for our visit to Zion NP. It was about 30 minutes away from the park and in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We stayed in the upstairs portion of the home and it was very comfortable and clean. Rich and Carolyn were terrific hosts and very responsive to questions. We would certainly choose this property again.

Nice place for Zion and Bryce national park trip for friends and families. Especially for holidays, it is close to Zion, we arrived Zion at 7am on Sunday (7/3), and easily got a parking spot and avoid the peak of visitors.

A very secure, well built house, top floor rental. Beds were great, almost no sound coming up from the downstairs. The outside stairs are tricky but well installed. If you have bum knees I don't recommend this unit. My only real disappointment was the lack of a cooktop. Somehow I missed that in the description. A microwave and oven unit was available.

What a gift to end our southwest wilderness trip in such a clean and comfortable stay. The space was easy to access, had clear directions, and was well equipped. Being in a shared house, it was very quiet and private. Would definitely stay here again.

Wow is ALL I Can Say!
This property checks all the boxes! I have stayed at more than a few VRBOs over the years, and I must say this has to be one of my FAVORITES! The price point alone for where and what it is, is just silly good! We were there only for a single night and loved the place! The staircase could be a barrier for some, but we felt that it added such character to the place! The inside was VERY well appointed, seriously if I could rent it out for myself indefinitely I would! Just beautiful! Well stocked kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom! When I look for VRBO stays, I want something similar to my own home, this place put mine to shame! Owners share the property, but only interact with you if you want to, great neighborhood and owners. Chickens to interact with were great, GREAT outside space for gatherings! Wonderful and easy communication through booking process! Cannot recommend this place enough for Zion and other destinations!
