Publié le 7 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayFacility & location very good - the night before check in I needed to confirm our 4 digit entry code so called the help number listed…could only leave a message… shared what I needed, noting to please call or text me at my phone number and left a message for the person to call or text me. I never heard back from them by the time I needed the code to actually check in the next day. It was only then that I found an email that had been sent to me with the code but NO actual call or text message was sent which is what I asked for…

Tired Property

Not only does it need a thorough cleaning, top to bottom but there were many maintenance items that were neglected and ignored. Missing tiles in the bathroom, fan vents in dire need of cleaning door jams in need of replacement, dirty furniture, kitchen tools ie spots and pans that were way past their use. This property desires better as do the people who rent it.

St. George Vacation 2023

The internet was out the entire week which really put a damper on my ability to work and stream TV. The owner was responsive on the issue but unfortunately, the internet was never restored. He supplied a backup wifi connection, but the bandwidth was poor. We ended up using our hotspot when we needed it.
