Publié le 29 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWell equipped. Beautiful clean pool. The stove grease screen was very greasy and caught on fire when we tried to use it. A maintenance guy came to look at it in timely manner. Was not fixed. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes. Had to redo by hand. There was no cutting knife just steak knives. The toilet seat in BR NEEDS TO BE TIGHTENED

Thank you for sharing your experience, we're pleased you thought our home was well-equipped and you especially enjoyed the pool! That said, we apologize for the areas you found needing some TLC and we shared this with the local manager. They assured us that the vent hood is being replaced and the toilet seat has been tightened. Additionally, a new dishwasher will be installed in the home. We enjoyed having you as our guest and we hope to host you again.

Girls Trip
Publié le 5 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe house was comfortable, including the beds. We had housekeeping and maintenance issues. The house and pool needs some repairs. The new house they are building obstructs the ocean view, but the outside area is nice. It was overpriced at $833.00 a night for April.

Pool

The pool was cloudy and in the middle of our stay they came to clean it with no notice and put 3 tablets of chlorine in the pool while we were in it!! We asked if they can come later when we are not swimming they said no.
