Enjoyable Stay
Posted Dec. 23, 2024 on HomeAwayWe enjoyed the design and decor of this comfortable place. Our group of 5 adults fit well for a two night stay. The beach was easily accessed on foot, just a few steps to the boardwalk and a few more to the beach. Our favorite parts of the island were the lighthouse, the state park hiking trails, hunting for seashells...and coming back to the house to relax and cook a fine supper.

Thanksgiving Vacay
Posted Dec. 2, 2024 on HomeAwayOverall we were satisfied with our visit. Beautiful view and beach for a cold weekend. Issues included no toilet paper, no hairdryer, lights in front bathroom did not work, pool was not heated , living area fan and light would not turn off and multiple lights out. Owner was responsive to my texts. We were only there 2 nights. It’s a great location. We enjoyed our stay.

Posted Nov. 18, 2024 on HomeAwayWe really enjoyed the location's proximity to ocean and peace and quiet of the neighborhood (hardly any street traffic). Very nice patio as well but during our stay we did not have to share it with other renters. The Host was reachable, very nice and tried to rectify problems. On the bad side, the place needed cleaning--the floors and pots and pans were dirty. A better collection of pots and pans and cooking utensils are needed. We also lacked Wi-Fi during the stay.
