Beautiful grounds. Awesome pools and the beach is right there! However, the food was NOT GOOD. Many times I had to send it back to have it fixed. Whether it be my steak being severely undercooked. Or them forgetting an ingredient. It was just simply a disappointment. Breakfast was cold. They have different varieties(get the omelette) but it did not meet my expectations. Also, when we asked for help with certain things like fixing our TV…it’s like a silence came over the staff. I’m assuming it’s because they didn’t know what to do. Overall, I’m happy to have experienced the Radisson…especially because my daughter had such a blast in the pool. But it’s very unlikely that we will be returning. Food and customer service needs quite the upgrade.

I love the pool area but was dissapointed the hot tub was not functioning. The front desk staff were not helpful, this hotel needs a concierge. Beautiful beach and pool area but the rooms need some updates.

No water pressure in the shower, no place to hang your towel, etc. Beach towels were not readily available- they kept running out Tip: breakfast buffet gets crowded- much better if you go early! This hotel could be so nice if they did some upgrades!
