Publié le 29 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwaySeven of us had a great stay at this beautiful house in St. Germain. Don’t be fooled by the exterior (needs a bit of TLC), the inside is gorgeous! Clean, spacious, comfortable. We’d have no hesitation in visiting again!

Beautiful house in the northwoods

We had a total of 8 people and 1 dog and had plenty of room for sleeping and if someone just wanted to hang out by themselves they weren’t bothered. The house was very clean and had a lot of what was needed for our stay. We did have alittle trouble with the heat, got too hot upstairs and turned the thermostat down but the furnace continued to run, so not sure what happened. We did see deer out back everyday, as we were just sitting in the living room. The kids loved having pool tournaments and we played tons of board games. Absolutely would recommend this place and definitely want to book again.

The house is the most perfect winter getaway
Publié le 11 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis house is perfect. It has all the games you can imagine. It has a sauna which is so nice to use after being outside in the cold all day. The snow mobile trail is across the street meaning easy access to snowmobiling.

Went kayaking from Fawn lake to Big St Germain lake, fun going thru the channel. Saw an eagle on the big lake. Sat on pier and saw some deer on otherside of lake, turtles on a log, jumping fish and an otter (I think). Great place for a large group. A very peaceful and relaxing vacation. Thanks Kathy and Bill
