Grossly misrepresented. Says the property is 6.5miles from the amphitheater…it’s 55 miles to the venue. Druggies sitting in cars in the parking lot throughout the night. NOT a good scene.

The room smelled of cigarettes even though they tried to cover it up with excessive air freshener. Air conditioner was extremely loud, so it was difficult to hear the TV, or have conversations, or sleep. There was also a hole in the bathtub that we were not aware of until my wife took a bath and someone knocked on our door to ask as to drain it immediately because it was leaking water to the unit below us. They did not offer us or the other guests to move to another room. It was a good thing we were only staying two nights.

Appreciated that the room had no carpet. Unfortunately, the WiFi didn’t work.

Not terrible for the price, but there was a window open in the bathroom that would not close. Not very safe.

Check in is on a Kiosk where you speak to someone, on like a Zoom meeting who spoke broken English. You are supposed to scan your ID bit the scanner didn't waworkdocuments bit

I liked the area.. but the TV's don't work right in some of the rooms that I stayed in. And I had issues with two different tenants that brought in aggressive dogs. I feel like there should be a manager on duty to help keep the place secure and safe. Otherwise, the staff that I met were amazing!
