Overall a good hotel. An issue with the Niçoise salad, tuna was not fresh and I’ve been sick. And the bed for the kid (13 years old, not a baby) is totally uncomfortable. Good for a small kid but not for a teen.

The hotel location and parking are perfect. Clean interior and rooms. Good WiFi. Service at the bar and restaurant is quite long.Recommendable

Decevant du fait d'un manque de communication : absence de signalétique, pas de guide des services (ni papier, ni numerique). Réparation rideau non effectuée suite à demande. Reception ne parle pas le français. Manque de transparence : application d'une taxe de 5% non mentionnée sur la carte.

Bon sejour à l'hôtel radisson blu de st helier mais les chambres ainsi que l'espace piscine/spa auraient besoin d'être rafraichies! Cela manque de modernité.

Lovely room

I spent the night in a ocean view suite. Fantastique room and incredible view. Its a small disappointment the suite does not have a bath tub, only an italien shower. All in all a lovely room.

Lovely hotel when there are no intruders.

I have been to this hotel many times. Its a decent hotel, I had a bad experience this time around, because at 2 a.m. in the morning as I was sleeping I was woken up my a man that had stepped into my room. Horrified by this, I could not fall back asleep completely. The next morning the hotel made up for it in moving me to a see view upgraded room, and another bottle of wine as a gift. My following night was much better.

Nothing particularly wrong with the hotel, its simply a bit dated. Staff was friendly enough but not a very luxurious stay
