Bathroom and room were clean, just outdated. We would have liked a microwave in the room but we were happy there was a refrigerator. Great guy at the front desk. We wish there had been half and half for morning coffee, not fans of powder creamer. But overall we had a good experience.

Upon checking in the host was very rude, was in line for over 20 mins. He did not welcome my family and I. When entering into the room it was very dark, so i went tonopen the curtains and the windows were filthy and the cutains had white mold all over them. You had to adk for soap as it was not proveded. We attempted to go to the pool, but hlthere were no towels and it looked like it hadnt been cleaned in week. Was very bummed that they only served breakfast for 2 hrs. The hand rails going upstairs were very loose and week, not safe at all.

I specifically called this hotel to verify if there was laundry facilities, as I was leading a motorcycle tour, and we needed to be able to wash clothes. They said yes, and claimed other amenities we also wanted (hot tub, breakfast, etc) but when we arrived, both of their washers had out of order signs. So I asked management, they claimed to not be aware they were broken (rather suspicious) and he said he’d contact the maintenance person immediately to fix it, and let me know when it was done. Our group then went to eat, came back, and not only did that manager not notify me, all they did was lock the laundry room and put a sign “closed for the season “. The “hot tub” was also broken (no jets worked), was only 2/3 full, dirty, and not hot. The “breakfast “ was basically toast and horrible coffee, the rooms were not clean, mattresses very cheap and hard, linens were horrible. I notified the manager that we were upset, he couldn’t care less. Read the most recent reviews online, for months when they get 1 star reviews, they say thank you for the feedback, but haven’t fixed anything previous travelers have complained about. It’s strange, since we stayed in another from your chain in Newberry the night before, it was worlds better than this dump. I’ll never choose any of your hotels again for any group trips, or personal trips, etc. it was disgusting.
