We only stayed one night. The staff was very good. Helpful and courteous. The room was large and clean. The location was spectacular with a view of the lake and Mackinaw Island in the distance.

Property in need of updating. There is nothing to do in St Ignace. Not a destination city unless you are crossing to Mackinac Island. Not sure why this hotel was so expensive.

Love that it had a few tables outside to eat a meal at or just hang out and play games. They where right next to the water so it was just nuce. They also had a few fire pits.

GOD AWFUL
Publié le 4 août 2024 sur HotelsFor two nights it was $600 & after a long day of traveling we were excited to get to the room & chill. Except when we got there & opened the door the room was infested with may flies!!! These bugs were in season & are always worse by the water. But they did nothing inbetween guests staying there they leave the door open to clean the rooms. There were also spiders in the sink, cob webs everywhere. Our currtains were ripped & there was water damage all over the walls. It felt like a bottom of the barrel motel in flint.

Housekeeping never came to clean our room after 3 days. We asked for fresh towels from one of the workers on a golf cart. Very noisy at night from above guests. Not happy about that. Rooms were ok. Not the cleanest bathroom. Overall. we enjoyed the lakefront access from our room.
