nice view ,easy to walk to place I booked this place because it had a resturant it was closed and plus no microwave in the room

Good Morning Nancy. I believe you are referring to a different motel. We do not have a restaurant on property, but all our rooms have a microwave!

Poor condition and over priced.

Disappointed and unhappy for the price. I booked 2 rooms. Both had various issues and no one to contact. Fantastic view and pretty comfortable beds but that was the highlight. No chain door lock for safety, wind drafting in from somewhere in the bathroom, one tv we couldnt get to power on the other had a big blue box on it so had to work to figure out how to remove it then the tv screen was bright pink and not watchable. Bathroom sink didnt have hot water, one shower was in such bad condition and cold due to the breeze coming in from somewhere that 2 of the 3 people refused to shower. Other shower wasn't as bad. I showered and all was ok. Towels were clean but super thin. One lamp didnt work at all, including the plugs on the base and all lights connected to the headboards did not work. There were some big bags of trash on the beach and by the firepit. While this is an older property (i knew that when i selected it)and looks cute on the outside it is not well kept. The rooms need alot of work. I reached out to the owner via the app over a week ago to address the situation privately and have not received a response as of this writing.

Good Afternoon, Anonymous. I did receive your personal message as well and have reached out to you. First of all, I would like to apologize for your experience at our property. We do not have "chain locks" on our doors anymore, as they were just recently updated and now have dead bolts. The T.V. has been replaced and lamp has been fixed. The "reading lights" on the headboards are always hit or miss. Unfortunately, some work, and some don't. The trash around the bonfire pit has been completely removed. The window and plumbing issue have also been rectified.Due to a family emergency, I was not on property to address or fix any of these issues at the time of your stay. I have just recently returned to work and have been addressing each complaint. I thoroughly apologize for all the inconveniences you endured and will again be reaching out to you to discuss your stay personally. Again. I sincerely apologize.

We couldn’t get out of there fast enough! Horrible conditions We were fortunate enough to get are reservations cancelled. Once I saw the room I wanted to cry. Nothing good about this. 10 people around fire pit beer cans everywhere. It would have been a long 3 days

Everything about my stay was great. I've never had anyone call me to ask about my arrival time and I definitely appreciated that Kara stayed up late to check me in. (I missed the part when I made the reservation that the office closed at 10.) However, I did not appreciate the apparent bonfire party basically right outside my room that went on for a couple hours after I got there.

This is an old facility that has been lovengly cated for and updated gives up north cabin vibes. Bathroom is very small, but has all the necessary items Staff very friendly and helpful. Right on the waterfront with a community firepit for bonfires.
