Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Nothing fancy or outstanding, but the sheets were clean, the bed was comfy, and the free breakfast was good.

The room smelled bad when we walked in. Breakfast offered only a few items and pancake machine malfunctioned. Check in staff was very nice

Very pretty view. Room was clean but the outside of the doorwall had a lot of dead bugs on the bottom. Staff was very nice. Continental breakfast could have had some healthier choices in cereal.

Dirty, a lot of goose poop…. Mini fridge had ALOT of mold in it…. Sheets weren’t very clean… and there needs to be staff at front desk at all times regardless…. I was in a situation where I locked myself out of my room, and I didn’t have a key or my phone on me, and wasn’t able to get a new key because there is no one at front desk at 5:30am…… luckily my wife was able to let me in when she noticed I was gone…. Overall experience was not good and won’t be back at this facility if we ever come back to Saint Ignace

I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with the hotel. We have someone on property 24/7 you just have to call us, I am sorry that you had housekeeping issues we will address them with the housekeepers. Have a great summer

Disappointed

The only disappointing Windham hotel we've ever seen. We did not stay here. Asked to cancel and get a refund on rates. They did not do it. Probably finished with Windham if this is not resolved.

I am sorry you had a bad experience with this hotel. We wish you would have been happy with your stay. We hope that you will continue with Wyndham even if you don't stay with us again.
