Nice basic property for the price. Breakfast was adequate - nothing special. Pool water was a good temperature. Hot tub water was a good temperature - but the jets were "lame"; barely any force coming out of the jets. Location was very convenient. Water flow in shower was excellent. Walls were thin - could hear fellow guests and dogs barking.

We were placed In a room that smelled very bad either from the carpet or the previous guest. We reported the concern and the staff immediately moved us to a beautiful room on a different floor. The staff were excellent in the response to the concern. The rest of our stay was great. I would stay in this hotel again.

This is the second time staying at the St. Ignace Budget Host Inn. Both times coming here for the Trek the Mighty Mac event. When I come again I will more than likely stay here again.

Clean and modernized in recent past. Only issue was size of room but otherwise a nice visit.
