Wonderful Retreat
Publié le 14 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe came to Cornwall in November and this apartment gave us a perfect base to explore. We had a great parking space in front of the building. The apartment is also within minutes of the train station and a bus station. We walked to the beach at Carbis Bay, walked along the coast from St. Ives, went to Tintagel, Mousehole and the Merry Maidens stone circle, explored Penzance, all in one weekend.
The apartment is clean, quiet, bright and airy. Tastefully decorated in a beachy style. We cooked breakfast and dinner in the kitchen and had everything we needed. It was also nice to have two full bathrooms and lots of space.

Carbis Bay

It is spacious, extremely clean, well stocked and perfectly situated for the train while being quiet and secluded.
The welcome pack of provisions was very generous and much appreciated.
We loved the distant view of St Ives.
How welcome and refreshing to find a clean, relaxing apartment that doesn't take pets.
We absolutely loved all the art work.

Our 2nd stay. What a gem!

Unbelievably comfortable, spotlessly clean, great views, cosy, easy beach and train access (a mere 3 mins on the train to St Ives for less than £2) parking space. What more could you want? Wonderful owners with great communication. Truly a gem of an apartment. Thank you, again.

Fantastic apartment in great location

Clean and beautifully decorated, plus parking on site.
Highly recommended!

Whilst the curtains do have a black out lining & shutters on the other window, i'm afraid that you still get an element of light around the edges of the curtains.
