Problèmes pour se restaurer (diner à 18h30 ... à condition d'avoir réservé ; petit dejeuner jusqu'à 9h.
Bons points: le parking et la proximité du centre-ville et des plages

Good Morning,Thank you for your feedback, St Ives is quite a hilly area and is not always suitable for those with less abled mobility, so it is always a good idea when travelling to check on google to see what the area that you are visiting is like before your travel. Location was very convenient if travelling to St Ives by public transport. Staff helpful. Only let down was cleanliness of bathroom and noisy visitors who don't consider other people staying. Don't forgot to pack a pair of earplugs.

Convenient to the beach. The hotel room was overlooking the sea, which was beautiful. The furnishings were a little tired. Finding a spot to park was difficult even though they said parking was available, they never explained exactly where it was located which was in the back across a busy road and a very small, tight garage that was difficult to park in, very tight space. Initially the staff did not explain where to park and i had to drive around a one way system 4 times to finally see where it was located.

Good Morning.Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry that you could not readily locate our very limited parking which is operated on a first come, first served basis, which is also free in comparison to a pay and display car park in the town centre.We hope to see you again soon.

The unique feature was having an aircraft carrier 'parked' outside the hotel (well, as close as it could get without running aground!!)!
