Publié le 3 oct. 2024 sur HotelsWe enjoyed our stay immensely. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. Its location is gorgeous and beautiful. The private walk down to the beach was a nice introduction to the area and away from the big crowds. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

We booked in and did not receive any information however noticed that other guests were receiving a map and information on the facilities of the accommodation. The restaurant was very average I ordered the fish which was like rubber, the roast was well done, cold with no flavour. The roast potatoes were cold. Tried the next night the pizza was full of sauce and steak tough. We have been travelling for 5 months and this would be the worst place we have stayed. The room was large but no extras, toilet paper run out. Walk in front entrance & a crowd of people smoking, as no where else for guests to go. Don’t waste your time staying here

Thank you for your feedback. We are disappointed to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, especially as we generally receive positive reviews regarding our restaurant and service. I am sorry to hear that your meals were not to your satisfaction. We offered meal replacements each evening in an effort to address your concerns, and it perplexes us why you continued to dine with us if you were consistently unhappy with the food.At check-out, I personally asked if you enjoyed your stay, and you chose not to comment. Since there was no one else at the reception desk at the time, I would have been more than happy to listen to your concerns in person. Additionally, I understand you mentioned to our restaurant staff that we should expect a poor review, which we take seriously as guest feedback is important to us.Regarding the housekeeping issue, we service rooms daily unless a "Do Not Disturb" sign is displayed, and our 24-hour reception is always available to resolve any issues, though I cannot find any record of such concerns being raised during your stay. We strive to provide comprehensive information, including maps and details on hotel amenities, at check-in. However, during busy periods, our priority is processing check-ins efficiently to avoid long wait times for guests. We apologise if this information was not provided to you at the time, but our reception team would have been happy to assist had you approached us later.We regret that your overall experience fell short of your expectations and will use your feedback to continue improving. We hope you enjoy the rest of your holiday.

Enjoyed our stay
Publié le 30 sept. 2024 sur HotelsMy wife & enjoyed our stay @ Tregenna Castle Resort . Check was very smooth and the advice offered at reception about how to walk to St Ives was invaluable. Room was huge and breakfast both hot & cold buffet style was first class. Well done would recommend . Decor is a little dated but more than made up for in service, food & location

Hotels.com said there were two bathrooms but there was only one. Can’t fault the hotel though and we had a lovely stay.

There was broken glass on my room carpet. Obviously not cleaned properly.

We are really suprised by your comments. Our housekeeping staff clean the rooms and then the room is quality checked by one of our supervisors/Managers and we apologise if this was missed. I cannot see that it was reported to us for us to sort while you were with us. We do have a 24 hour Reception who would have sorted this. Very sorry
