A wonderful place to stay. Beautiful rooms. The breakfast is outstanding. The hosts can’t do enough to help. Right in the middle of St Ives yet on a very quiet lane. Highly recommended.

We loved everything about our stay from start to finish. Angela and Olivier take great care of their guests. Their warmth and sincerity put you at ease right away and it really feels like no question or request could ever be a burden. All of those minor touches that set an exceptional property apart from the rest—those things you do not expect but are pleasantly surprised to discover—are present throughout all aspects of the experience. In everything they do, from the decor to the breakfast experience to the level of service, it is clear that the hosts take pride in the work that they do.

Its location and the staff and. The owners were fantastic. Very convenient to St. Ives. The only downside was the parking situation.

The hotel, location, staff and hosts were excellent. Could not fault anything and lovely little touches with breakfast and when arriving back in the evenings.
