Insonorisation faible.
Pas de climatisation, en juin encore OK, mais risque de chaleur en juillet / août.

Our stay at Uno was lovely! It’s a beautiful property. Our room was well appointed and the bed was comfy! The views are spectacular, we loved our wine on the deck overlooking Saint Ives!

Nice but not my type of hotel
Publié le 15 juin 2024 sur HotelsI personally work and live in hotels, but for £240 a night for 2 adults and a 10 year old wasn’t great, didn’t like the fact no reception no bar no breakfast but I new this when I booked, rooms look amazing when you book but just 4 and 5 nice but not like the signature rooms, personally great if you like walking up and down steep hills or constant booking of taxis it’s great, it is nice place wouldn’t call it a hotel as it’s really just an apartment room, like I said has amazing scores but I personally wished I booked a hotel not uno fault but it really wasn’t for me and couldn’t wait to leave waste of money at £240 a night expected a wow factor like sauna, not really a nice area either and it’s beneath a load bar which is noisy although parking is free, your better off finding an hotel and pay the parking

Dear Kurt, many thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. I’m glad that you didn’t have any issues with the comforts and features of the room booked and you think the rooms look amazing, we pride ourselves in the style of our unique property and the comforts of our rooms. As stated on the property description, we do not have a reception, or a Sauna, nor do we class ourselves as a hotel, we are a guesthouse: a private home that has been converted for the use of guests, we have converted the top two floors of our home into 5 large rooms, each with unique qualities and features. The “Standard room” which is the room of your choice is our only room without sea views, but still offers access to a Balcony off the landing to enjoy the views and the comforts of a hotel room. Check in instructions are sent 3 days before arrival and any questions are welcomed, we try to meet guests and welcome them when possible, but self check in is readily available as well and many people arriving out of hours will check in this way. The Brewhouse cafe next door usually opens from 10am-4pm and occasionally hosts wedding receptions which end without fail at 11pm.St Ives is a very hilly town and people are used to walking up and down hills, this is what makes the views from our place unique. Most people that visit the town actually park at the main car park which is just further up the hill from Uno.

Excellent property, all new and tastefully decorated with quality fixtures and appliances. Close to bus stop. Would recommend.
