Great Stay
Publié le 5 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved our stay at Aqua Villa. The Suite was very clean and has everything you need for a great stay. The view from the balcony is beautiful day and night. Beautiful bathroom and overall decor. We love the location and it was nice you can take a walk on the road the house is on.
We were not at the house a lot because there is so much to do and see, but we were glad to get back at the end of the day! Definitely a great place for a couple.

Don’t follow the Vrbo directions!
Publié le 4 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayOnce we got to the villa, we were in awe of the gorgeous property. Everything about the villa was superb.
Our only regret is trying to use VRBO’s directions to the property which took us on a wild goose chase along steep roads we weren’t familiar with. The Vrbo directions had us on an adjacent mountain and took us to nowhere.
Fortunately, the caretaker, Sarah, saved the day by sending us the correct address ( she had sent it once before and we didn’t know it was the same directions as VRBO) and after that, getting to the property was super easy.

Thanks for that feedback on the supplied VRBO directions. We didn't put those up on the listing. We're assuming that the algorithms did. So, we're working with VRBO to fix that.

Pretty as a picture

What you can't see in pics are how lovely the onsite managers are; the extra touches like the towels on the verandah chairs; and the perfect location just a few minutes from Coral Bay restaurants and no more than 20 minutes from any beach that you might want to visit. Simply perfect for an island getaway for two.

Thanks for a terrific review. We strive to offer an authentic experience at our house and hearing that our guests find our accommodations "exactly as pictured" is one of our goals.
As for Sarah and JP, our on-site, concierge-level service would not be possible without their warmth and expertise. Thank you for saying that out loud.

Perfect all around
Publié le 18 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayStunning views and all the amenities you could hope for. Property managers were very helpful. Great central location on the island. You will definitely need to rent a vehicle as taxis are hard to get on this side.

The onsite property managers could not have been nicer or more helpful. I plan on only staying here when I return to St John. Loved loved loved it!

St. John first timers

A Perfect Choice
Publié le 13 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe just spent two weeks at this property on St John and loved it. It appears exactly as shown in the photos. I am very picky when I comes to accommodations and haven't really loved any VRBO before, but this property lived up to my expectations. The location was perfect for spending days on the beach. This unit does not have a full kitchen, but it was perfect for a lite breakfast and evening drinks.
The main road on the island runs just below the property, and during the day can be loud, but it wasn't an issue (and noise usually bothers me), and at night it is perfectly quiet. This is a great choice if you are looking for a place to stay on St John.
