The property was perfect for our family. The villa was well appointed and a terrific location. Linda, the property manager, offered top notch service. We would stay here again!

Amazing views

Stayed four days at this beautiful property. Linda met us as we got off the ferry and guided us up to the property and pointed out stores etc. on the way. Due to a storm there was no power the first day, but Linda had bought water and ice bags and found flash light for us, so we were good. Linda was proactive in her communication making sure that we were having a great stay. Well equipped house, including beach towels, beach chairs, and coolers. Amazing views from the deck!

Fantastic Place!

Outstanding view of great Cruz bay on the deck, close to town and access to get anywhere on St John. Linda was an amazing host and took care of all our questions and needs. Hope to be back soon!

Great Villa

Clean, great view, nice hospitality

Clean and beautiful home, great view right from the living room, and the host is very friendly. As others stated in the reviews and as the host will tell you. You need an AWD vehicle if you’re going to stay at this property. The roads getting from town to the home are all paved, but very steep. If you aren’t comfortable driving up steep roads this might not be the place for you. Honestly, if you aren’t comfortable driving on steep somewhat sketchy roads in general, driving in St John might not be for you.

Thanks Keith for the kind words! Agree with you in general, driving in STJ is an acquired taste, part of the experience that takes some getting used to. The irony is that we have a very easy and accessible home for STJ standards. Many other properties are 10x harder to get to. We are just 3 minutes away from town with all well paved roads and ample lighting. Nothing dangerous like many of the other properties on island.
