Nous revenons pour la deuxième fois ici. Nous avions passé un très bon séjour la première fois. Cette fois ci aussi mais la gestion pour le paiement et la réservation était plus compliqué. Rien de majeur, mais moins agréable pour notre dernier moment à Terre-Neuve.

We were in the basement spot. Because a Keurig coffee machine was provided, I looked for pods . There were none nor any milk or cream for coffee. Not sure about sugar, as I don’t use that. Bathroom had left over hair on floor, from last clients I guess, and a white towel with a dark brown stain. Bed is very soft lumpy. Hostess was pleasant when asked, but not a natural at welcoming people. Location was fabulous for visiting top tourist sites.

Hello Susan;I am sorry you didn't have full enjoyment of your stay The Keurig coffee pods, sugar, fresh cream are available in the kitchen. Most guests come upstairs and take what they want from the kitchen, to their kitchen in our lower floor suite - Battle Harbour Suite. This should of been pointed out to you. When we leave the cream downstairs it tends to go bad as I mentioned, most come upstairs to the common kitchen area.I have addressed the state of the bathroom with our cleaning staff and I am very dissapointed in hearing this. As you can tell by our reviews we try to offer an immaculate clean room and a positive guest experience.If you like, I am available at all times to discuss your stay - during and after.

Very accommodating owner. Our stay needed to be reduced by one night because if last minute ferry reschedule The owner was kind to refund us for one night even after deadline for change/cancellation was paaaed

Clean and charming inside and out. Friendly owner helped us acclimate to St John’s and Newfoundland in general, giving us valuable tips.1

ダウンタウンには歩いて行けますし、部屋はキレイで隅々まで行き届いていて、オーナーのロバートさんも素晴らしい人です。庭もキレイだし、何より犬好きの私にはロバートさんの飼ってる犬(ラブラドール)に癒されました… またぜひ来たい宿です!

A lovely historic home that has been renovated with its original charm in mind. Hosts Brenda and Robert were most welcoming and gave us lots of tips and recommendations for maximizing enjoyment of our stay in St. John’s. 👍👍

We stayed in two different rooms and a suite over four nights. All were beautiful with comfortable beds. The host was very friendly and provided great advice on things to do, directions, and best places to eat. The continental breakfast was fresh and had a great variety of food options.
