Ce studio est vraiment parfait, c’est très très propre, ça sent bon partout, la cuisine très bien équipée, lave-vaisselle, laveuse sécheuse Nous étions à 20 minutes de marche de la rue Georges. Nous avions toutes les informations nécessaires pour notre séjour: indications pour le stationnement, les codes pour les portes les restaurants, les activités. Tout ça par courriel envoyé par notre hôte.

Stay was good. Disappointed to not be able to open the window, did open, no screen and a very dismal view outside, otherwise things were fine

Thank you for your review.Water Street is where everyone wants to stay, in the centre of the retail and shopping district. These historic buildings were built side by side and the views are either at the front or the back. The unit at the back provides a limited view and we price this single unit accordingly. I’m happy that everything else met your expectations and that you had an enjoyable stay. When you return and would like a spectacular view, just let me know. Wow! What a place. Location is awesome, apartments are very modern and beautiful. Hist is very responsive AND proactive.

I wish I could give this property 6 stars. From clear communication, travel tips , parking tips, to any question that needed to be answered Earl was available. The big moment is when you walk through the door and have a view of the city and harbour / port. Earl’s place is huge , clean, bright and stocked with the items you need . The beds were also super comfy. I’d go back to St.John’s just to stay at Earl’s place again.
