Head up two stairs and enter to the open concept ground level of the home. To your right is a seating area for 4, as well as a dining area for 6. At the back of the home is a stunning fully-equipped kitchen with stone countertops and innovative appliances (including an oven with air-fry mode). There is a washer/dryer in the kitchen.
Off the ground level is a private patio space with seating and a propane fireplace.
Head up to the second level where you will find two queen suites, both with luxury mattresses, comfortable pillows, and full privacy window coverings. There is a full bathroom with shower/bath combo on this level and East Coast Glow amenities are provided. There is also a balcony of this level, excellent for catching afternoon sun!
On the top level of the home is the king suite, with a workspace and ensuite with stand up shower. The king suite encompasses the entire top level of the home and has stunning natural light thanks to large windows and skylights.

Also, walk up the hill 7 minutes, and you will arrive at one of St. Johns famous Parks, Bannerman Park! You can enjoy the 12 acres of beautiful land this park has to offer! From a splash pad to an outdoor pool, from many walking trails between beautiful trees, bring a picnic and enjoy what Bannerman Park has to offer!
